So sorry I couldn't create a little Agatha Christmas for you all, thanks for joining in the fun x

But....
I can share a piccy tute on how to create the baubles :-)

I used the air-drying white Das clay to create the bauble shapes.
I split my clay into 6 equal lumps and began to shape into the baubles using my hands.

The baubles are approx 1cm thick (but this varies as I created my baubles with a rustic feel so there are lumps 'n' bumps throughout them, I just flatten and smooth out with my hands and by eye as I go)
The width of the clay part of the baubles is approx 12cm (top to bottom) by 10 cm (across)

The wire is 23cm long

Whilst the clay is wet I carefully push the wire loops down into the baubles.
Place the baubles on a non stick surface and set aside to dry through. Cracks may appear but don't worry as they will be covered.
(I found my wire hanger loops were still loose after my clay had dried - perhaps I needed to be more patient and wait a little longer for the drying process to finish - but hey ho out came the hot glue gun which  solved my problem - I pulled out the wires that would come out, carefully made the existing holes a little larger with my pokey tool and VERY quickly I covered the wire in hot glue and I can't stress enough QUICKLY but carefully reinsert into the holes - wipe away excess glue before it sets - the wires that seemed set fast and would not pull out I just applied a little hot glue to neatly around the bauble top/wire entry) Any stray glue/ mess will be covere up during the next process :-)

Once the baubles are dry I adhere torn pieces of old book pages using Americana Deco-Page glue, once one side is dry I do the same to the other side, I take special care and attention around the wire hanging loop so to have full coverage around it with plenty of layers - set aside to dry on a non-stick surface.

I Stamped Agatha Heart (purchased from Art From The Heart or Stampotique) onto old book pages that I pre-treat with matte Slap It On.

I slowly and carefully build up the colours (but cos I've pre-treated my book pages they are a little more forgiving and mostly withstand the many, many layers of colour I add)
I used a mix of my colour pencils - mostly Polychromos, add hi-lights with my Distress Markers, Sakura gel pens, Sakura 'Clear Star' glitter pen, Spica sparkle gel pens, Sakura metallic gel pens and Signo white gel pen, I blend all the pens into my colouring using a fine paint brush.

Not easy to see here, but I add the wonderful Sakura 'Clear Star' gel pen over the top of Agatha's coloured in wings for a sparkly magical feel - this pen lets the 'underneath' colour shine through still but adds the wonderful oh so fine glittery touches.

After adding the Sakura 'Clear Star'  and metallic pens with a paintbrush to the coloured in heart I add various Tim Holtz 'Christmas Time' remnant rubs words and finish off with a touch of gold leaf and white Signo white gel pen for hi-lights.

I adhere the coloured in images of Agatha onto the bauble (pop adhesive - matte slap it on or matte  Deco-Page onto the bauble and the underside of the coloured in Agatha before adhering together - this stops air bubbles forming.
Add a little Christmassy sparkle with Cosmic shimmer Vintage Mica Flakes - 'Luna Silver'
Once dried I spray the baubles lightly (but a few light layers - letting dry between coats) with Mod Podge  Matte clear Acrylic sealer, hang from the loop to dry.
And finally tis time for the texture - coordinating fibres - I also wrapped the metal hanging loop with these fibres (seam-binding) - to give the hanging fibre loop strength I include/incorporate clear invisible nylon thread.

Agatha makes for a really special Christmas card too.

Ingridients for above card x

France Papillion's French Journal Page (background image stamped in Brilliance Moonlight white)
Ranger kraft-cardstock for the card and matt and layering.
Golden mirror card for matt and layering.

Typed 'Silent Night' words
