Butterfly Box

Hi there

Here's a little peep at one of the three pieces created at a recent 3 day retreat over at IndigoBlu.

I had a fabulous time - met lots of lovely, lovely ladies, played/worked with amazing products and came away totally inspired with tips 'n' techniques - can't wait for the next one x

The beautiful box and jigsaw pieces are Kay Halliwell-sutton's designs which she had specially made-up for us, the retreat ladies. We used Kay's Stencils with embossing paste and sprayed her new paints to give texture and colour to the box/jigsaw pieces.

The flowers and butterflies are the Altered Ego 'Florals' flat chip pieces, and adhesive linen, sprayed with the paints, distressed, shaped and layered - so easy and enjoyable to create.

Ohhh and the Frantage embossing powders and Mica's came out too, I used them sparingly, but even sparingly it has a huge impact x

So a few more Piccys - different angles.

Hope you've enjoyed peeping at the Butterfly Box as much as I enjoyed creating it.

I will be back in soon as I have a few catch-up pieces I must blog - life has just been hectic for quite some time....
And why did I not think to post using my phone before now!!!

Bye for now lovely friends

Kassa xoxo
