Morning lovely friends x
I've dedicated this journal page to all the 'tea lovers' out there :-)))
I'd just got it in my head yesterday that the fabulous Finnabair 'teacup' stamp had to go in a ourdoorsy style picnic scene (along with circles) that i'm mad about at this moment in time - but eeeek! Finnabair also has a fabulous range of 'circle' shaped stamps - oh joy!!!
Love love love this stamp - PRESS HERE to go peep at it :-)
On the tip of the spoon I added pearl glass-glitter and a touch of white irredecent twinkly glitter - makes for gteat faux sugar!
Circles circles everywhere - i'm simply going round in circles - PRESS HERE to go peep at them
For the finishing touches i apply mica paints/sprays over the top of the gesso and acrylic paint, doodle with waterproof doodle pens and add a finishing layer of Pan-Pastels for the extra layer of colour and also shading - the glittery bits are the final, final touch though! blush micro-beads and glitter!
So anyone thirsty yet!
I know I am lol :-)
To go peep at more 'Finnabair ' media pop over to her online store Mixed Media Place - HERE - or pop over to Art from the Heart - HERE
I'm off to enter this piece in the new challenge up over on the new facebook group - Finnabair and Friends it's a fab challenge as there is an amazing giveaway and it's a random draw winner too Here's the challenge post:-))) - see you there.
And I'm popping it up over on We Love 2 Create Blog - cos they loooove mixed media and Panpastels :-)
